Pamela Manson studied Fine Art at the Belfast College of Art in
The late 60s and early 70s. She taught Art and Design for 32 years and
Having taken early retirement to fulfil a lifelong ambition to paint
Professionally, now divides her time between Banbridge and South Donegal.
The inspiration for her work comes from the dramatic scenery of
The Mournes Co. Down, Slieve League, and Carrick Co Donegal
She works mainly in oils on canvas and has a particular interest in
The bog lands of both areas which, to her, are quintessentially Irish
She has exhibited her work in Northern Ireland, Dublin, Donegal,
London and Australia.
