Lawrence Chambers

Lawrence was born and continues to live in Lisburn, Co Antrim, N.Ireland. It was while growing up in this area he developed his love of art and at the age of sixteen began to experiment with watercolour.
 
In 1998, he felt confident enough in his own work to begin painting seriously, indeed others thought so too as the works he submitted at his first exhibition were sold.
 
He paints mainly local Seascapes, Townscapes, & Landscapes often with figures included to add interest. His style would be classed as a loose realist and often adds pen & ink detail to enhance his work.
 
His commissions are wide and varied and his paintings can be found in private collections in various countries. His clients have even included members of parliament.
